Tencent (00700) announced that on September 16, 2025, the company has entered into a subscription agreement with an underwriter to issue a total principal amount of RMB 9 billion in bonds. After deducting underwriting fees, discounts, and commissions, it is estimated that the net proceeds from the issuance of the bonds will be approximately RMB 8.97 billion. The company plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes. The bonds are expected to be issued on September 23, 2025.
