JOIN-SHARE (01543) announced that on September 16, 2025, the company has entered into a business cooperation agreement with Zhongshan Financial Investment. The group company will provide guarantees to Zhongshan Financial Investment Group for its customers, with the maximum guarantee amount being 100 million RMB. The actual terms of each individual guarantee provided by the group company (such as guarantee method, scope, and duration) will be determined by the group company and Zhongshan Financial Investment Group according to the separate guarantee service agreement to be entered into.
