SICHUAN EN INV (01713) announced on September 16, 2025 (after trading hours) that Derge Gesar Electric Power (related party of the company) and SICHUAN EN INV Construction (a wholly owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a construction contract. Under this agreement, SICHUAN EN INV Construction agreed to provide construction services to Derge Gesar Electric Power for the project, at a contract price of RMB 4.4362 million (including tax). SICHUAN EN INV Construction is required to provide construction services related to the project, as well as procurement and installation services for important equipment and materials. The scope of work should include new cable lines, distribution transformers, household electric meters, electric wire pole foundations, cables, prefabricated transformer foundations, and voltage regulator foundations. The company is a vertically integrated power supply and service provider in Yibin City, Sichuan Province, while SICHUAN EN INV Construction mainly engages in the inspection and maintenance of substations, hydropower stations, and transmission lines. The project planned under the construction contract is part of the Group's daily and general business operations, which can strengthen the relationship with the controlling shareholder on one hand and increase the company's revenue and profits on the other, bringing long-term returns and value to the company's shareholders.
