ATV Holdings (00707) announced that the company has received a winding-up petition from the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (the Court) filed by Lam Lai Lee (the petitioner) due to the company's inability to repay debts. In the petition, the petitioner is seeking repayment of the outstanding principal and accrued interest under a loan agreement signed on November 29, 2018, totaling HK$7.41 million. The petition will be heard in the High Court on November 19, 2025. Additionally, trading of the company's shares remains suspended.
