MELCO INT'L DEV (00200) subsidiary Studio City Commercial and Wise Image signed Studio City operation agreement

MELCO INT'L DEV (00200) announced that on September 16, 2025, its subsidiary Studio City Commercial entered into a Studio City Medical Services Operation Agreement with Wisdom Imaging. The agreement will come into effect on January 1, 2025, granting Wisdom Imaging the rights to operate a private hospital specializing in imaging and diagnostic medical services at Studio City Integrated Resort. The initial term of the agreement will be from the commencement date of the transaction (provisionally set for October 1, 2025) until November 30, 2034, with the option to renew for two additional terms, each lasting 5 years, subject to mutual agreement by the parties involved.
