COSCO SHIPPING Development (02866) appoints Wang Kunhui as General Manager.

COSCO SHIPPING Development (02866) announced that the Board of Directors has recommended the nomination of Mr. Wang Kunhui as an executive director. Mr. Wang Kunhui has been nominated by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Zhang Mingwen, and after review and recommendation by the Nomination Committee, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Wang Kunhui as the General Manager. The appointment of Mr. Wang Kunhui as General Manager will take effect from September 16, 2025. Therefore, Chairman Zhang Mingwen has submitted his resignation from the position of General Manager to the Board of Directors.
