The payment will be made in the form of exchangeable bonds equivalent to 21.8526 million US dollars (in Hong Kong dollars), 40 million warrants, and 13.4425 million profit shares to be issued by the company upon meeting profit conditions. If the proposed acquisition is successful, it will mark the company's move towards becoming a leading Bitcoin mining enterprise listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, strengthening its position in the digital asset market.
