CENTURY ENT INT (00959) announced that Fan Chen Accountant Limited (Fan Chen Accountant) has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from September 15, 2025. Based on the recommendation of the audit committee, the board has decided to appoint KPMG (Hong Kong) as the interim auditor to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of Fan Chen Accountant, and will serve until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
