ZHONG JIA GX (00899) announced that the name of its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, HUNAN CHENXI HOLDINGS CO., LTD. registered in China, has been changed to HUNAN YONGYI HOLDINGS CO., LTD. (YONGYI), effective from August 28, 2025. The name of its indirectly held subsidiary (i.e. the company under actual control), HUNAN HONGJIA HOLDINGS CO., LTD. registered in China, has been changed to HUNAN YONGMING HOLDINGS CO., LTD. (YONGMING), effective from August 28, 2025 (collectively, "Change in Subsidiary Names").
The legal representatives of YONGYI and YONGMING have been changed to Mr. Wang Tianzi, effective from August 26, 2025, and August 25, 2025, respectively. The legal representatives of its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, JIUYUAN MINING CO., LTD. in Zhenyuan County, registered in China, and its indirectly held subsidiary (i.e. the company under actual control), JINHAO MINING CO., LTD. in Zhenyuan Yi, Ha, and Lahu Autonomous County, registered in China, have been changed to Mr. Wang Tianzi, effective from September 10, 2025 (collectively, "Change in Subsidiary Legal Representatives").
