GRAND FIELD GP(00115) issued approximately 8.46 million shares in exchange for a 22 million Hong Kong dollar bond conversion.

GRAND FIELD GP (00115) announced that on September 15, 2025, the company received a conversion notice from Ms. Zeng Zhinuo to exercise her conversion rights for HKD 22 million of convertible bonds at a conversion price of HKD 2.6 per share. As a result, upon completion of necessary administrative procedures for the issuance and distribution of shares resulting from the exercise of conversion rights, the company will issue and distribute 8,461,538 conversion shares to Ms. Zeng Zhinuo. These conversion shares will have equal status with all other existing issued shares in all respects.
