Hello HOLD (00653) announced that as of 4:00 pm on September 9, 2025 (Tuesday) (the revised final acceptance deadline), a total of 23 valid acceptances of provisional allotments submitted based on provisional allotment notices were received, involving a total of 806 million shares of new shares, accounting for approximately 60.02% of the total of 13.43 billion new shares available for subscription under the rights issue. In addition, a total of 11 valid acceptances of additional new shares submitted based on the additional application forms were received, involving a total of 145 million shares of new shares, accounting for approximately 10.81% of the total of 13.43 billion new shares available for subscription under the rights issue. Based on the above acceptances and application results, a total of 34 valid acceptances and applications were received, involving 951 million shares of new shares, accounting for approximately 70.83% of the total of 13.43 billion new shares available for subscription under the rights issue.
