CHUANG'S INT'L (00367): Fan Junhua selected as independent non-executive director

CHUANG'S INT'L (00367) announced that Mr. Qiu Zhiming and Mr. Zhu Youlin will step down as independent non-executive directors, effective from the end of the shareholder's annual meeting on September 15, 2025. They will also no longer serve as members of the company's relevant board committees. Approved by the shareholders at the annual meeting, Mr. Fan Junhua has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective from September 15, 2025. Mr. Fan has also been appointed as a member of the company's audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee.
