MIN FU INTL (08511) announced that on September 15, 2025, the company entered into a non-legally binding Memorandum of Understanding with Dong'an Xiashi Agricultural Technology Development Co., Ltd. (seller) and Hunan Shuosheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (landlord). Accordingly, the company intends to nominate a wholly-owned subsidiary as a potential buyer to engage in the following activities: (i) potentially acquiring agricultural food production facilities and related assets from the seller; and (ii) leasing an agricultural food production plant with a total construction area of approximately 39,223.3 square meters located on the east side of Lengdong Road, Xiaqi Village, Jingtouwei Town.
The Board believes that entering into the Memorandum of Understanding is an important step for the group to hold valuable assets for operating agricultural food technology and sales business, therefore, entering into the Memorandum of Understanding is in the overall interest of the company and its shareholders.
