CHINA UPTOWN (02330) announced that Mr. Li Zhentong will resign as an independent non-executive director from September 15, 2025 due to the need to devote more time to his personal business. He will also no longer serve as the chairman of the compensation committee and as a member of the audit committee and nomination committee. Mr. Su Zhijie, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as the chairman of the compensation committee. Ms. Aika Ouji, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of both the compensation committee and the audit committee.
