Gansu Energy Chemical's subsidiary, Jingtai Coal Industry Baiyanzi Mine and Coal Preparation Plant Project, has successfully completed the acceptance and record filing.
Gansu Nenghua (000552.SZ) announced that the company has received the Gansu Provincial Energy Bureau's "Completion Acceptance Filing for Coal Mine Construction Projects...".
Gansu Energy Chemical (000552.SZ) announced that the company has received the record confirmation of completion and acceptance of the coal mine construction project from the Energy Bureau of Gansu Province. Jingmei Group Jingtai Coal Industry Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jingtai Coal Industry") Baiyanzi Mine and coal washing plant have completed individual project quality certification, as well as specialized inspections of fire facilities, soil and water conservation facilities, occupational disease prevention facilities, environmental protection facilities, safety facilities, and have passed the overall completion acceptance of the project.
The announcement indicates that Jingtai Coal Industry is a subsidiary and holding company of the company, mainly responsible for the construction of the Baiyanzi coal mine and coal washing plant project. The mine has a designed production capacity of 900,000 tons/year. According to the detailed inspection report, the coal resources of the mine are 90.75 million tons (gas coal resources are 47.363 million tons; 1/3 coking coal resources are 43.395 million tons).
