TYK MEDICINES-B (02410): Zhang Senquan resigns as independent non-executive director.

TYK Medicines-B (02410) announced that Mr. Zhang Senquan (Mr. Zhang) has resigned as an Independent Non-executive Director of the company in order to dedicate more time to other business matters, effective from September 15, 2025. After his resignation, Mr. Zhang will no longer serve as the Chairman of the Audit Committee, a member of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee, and a member of the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors.
