Recently, after a preliminary investigation, the State Administration for Market Regulation has decided to conduct further investigations into NVIDIA Corporation's violation of the Anti-Monopoly Law of the People's Republic of China and the announcement of the Anti-Monopoly Review Decision on the acquisition of Mellanox Technologies, Ltd. by NVIDIA Corporation with additional restrictive conditions approved by the State Administration for Market Regulation of the People's Republic of China.
