On the news front, CHINA AEROSPACE previously announced its interim results, with revenue of approximately HK$2.023 billion in the first half of the year, a year-on-year increase of 10.89%; the company's shareholders' attributable loss was HK$42.337 million, an increase of 48.15% year-on-year. During the period, the revenue of the injection molding products business increased by 20.32% compared to the same period last year, driving the overall operating profit of the technology industry; the overall sales of the PCB business stabilized, with a revenue growth of 11.42% compared to the same period last year, mainly driven by strong growth in the optoelectronic module and domestic PCB businesses. It is worth noting that in its interim financial report, CHINA AEROSPACE revealed that the civil engineering of the Nantong Kangyuan integrated circuit packaging PCB capacity construction has been completed, and the construction of production lines is proceeding in an orderly manner, with small-scale trial operations scheduled to begin in the first half of 2025. It is reported that the Nantong Kangyuan circuit packaging PCB project is a key investment project of the company, with a total investment of 5 billion RMB, a first-phase investment of 1.5 billion RMB, which started trial production in the fourth quarter of 2024, and entered the mass production stage in January 2025, with a designed annual capacity of 240,000 square meters and an annual sales of 1.35 billion RMB. After full production, the company's capacity for high-end integrated circuit packaging PCB and high-density printed circuit boards will double, and the company may enter the top three in the domestic PCB industry, promoting the process of domestic semiconductor substitution and independent controllable.
