On the news front, Tesla founder Musk discussed the latest developments of Optimus by Siasun Robot & Automation at the All-In summit. He mentioned that the third version of Optimus currently in design will address hand flexibility, have AI capabilities, and is expected to achieve mass production, which are advantages that other competitors cannot reach. Zhongtai previously indicated that Zhejiang Sanhua Intelligent Controls, a leader in refrigeration and thermal management after more than 40 years of investment, extends its core technology application to refrigeration, automotive zero parts, and Siasun Robot & Automation in three major areas. The humanoid Siasun Robot & Automation is on the verge of entering a trillion-dollar blue ocean market, with long-term cooperation with industry leader Tesla, and is expected to grow rapidly. A recent research report from JPMorgan Chase stated that Zhejiang Sanhua Intelligent Controls was given a "hold" rating with a 12-month target price of HKD 41, implying a potential upside of about 30% from current levels. The bank's core assumption is that Zhejiang Sanhua Intelligent Controls will expand its humanoid Siasun Robot & Automation business and maintain its leadership position in the refrigeration and electric vehicle thermal management sectors, driving an average annual compound growth rate of 15% in earnings per share for the fiscal years 2026 to 2027, and supporting further revaluation of the stock.
