SMO Clinplus (301257.SZ) announced that its shareholder Shanghai Guan You Investment Development Co., Ltd. and Guan You Zhaotai (Jiaxing) Entrepreneurial Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Guan You Zhaotai") plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2.3701 million shares (3.00% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and/or block trading within 3 months after the announcement date.
