The second batch of typical cases is now announced as follows: 1. Accounts such as "Communication Circle" have coerced companies into "business cooperation" to seek illegal profits. WeChat public account "Communication Circle", Douyin, Weibo, WeChat accounts such as "Quan Business Expert" and "Coal Culture" have long been collecting and releasing negative information related to enterprises. They have demanded high fees from companies under the guise of "tea money" and "business cooperation", and continued to publish false information threatening companies to renew contracts before the cooperation expires. The involved accounts have been closed in accordance with the law and regulations, and the account owners have been included in the platform blacklist management. 2. Accounts such as "International Investment Bank Research Report" have distorted the interpretation of publicly available enterprise information, tarnishing the image and reputation of companies. WeChat public accounts such as "International Investment Bank Research Report" and "IPO Super Intelligence Bureau", Baidu's Baijiahao "Bowang Finance" have maliciously fabricated and promoted negative information about listed companies and companies planning to go public in order to attract traffic. They have published false information such as "doubts about the authenticity of performance" and "sudden decline in operating income", distorted the interpretation of enterprise financial statements, and maliciously criticized the operating conditions of companies. Accounts such as "Fixed Income Da Bo Li" have fabricated false information to maliciously discredit financial institutions. WeChat public accounts such as "Fixed Income Da Bo Li" and "Cash Does Not Sleep" , Jinri Toutiao, Baidu, Weibo accounts such as "Chief Business Intelligence" and "Number Nine Finance" have long been releasing false information that sensationalizes the "performance explosion" and "massive overdue payment of products" of banks, trusts, and other financial institutions in the form of "clickbait" and "short essays", disrupting normal business operations and affecting the stability of the financial market. The involved accounts have been closed or banned in accordance with the law and regulations. 4. Accounts such as "Dr. Big Mouth" have been publishing promotional review information, affecting market competition order. Accounts on platforms such as Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, bilibili operated by "Dr. Big Mouth" have a business relationship with a certain beauty product enterprise. These accounts have repeatedly published promotional reviews of competitors' products in the same field without legal effect, misleading consumers and disrupting the normal market order.
