DADI INTL GROUP (08130): GEM Listing Committee decided to maintain the trading suspension decision.

DADI INTL GROUP (08130) announces that the GEM Listing Committee held a review hearing on the decision on August 26, 2025. On September 10, 2025, the company received a letter from the GEM Listing Committee notifying that, after considering all statements (both written and verbal) submitted by the company and the listing department, the GEM Listing Committee believes that the company has failed to maintain sufficient operational levels and possess assets of substantial value to support its operations in accordance with Rule 17.26 of the GEM Listing Rules to ensure the continued listing of its shares, and therefore decided to maintain the decision to suspend trading of the company's shares under Rule 9.04 (3) of the GEM Listing Rules. The company is currently reviewing the decision of the GEM Listing Committee and is in discussions with internal and professional advisors to consider whether to request the decision to be reviewed by the GEM Listing Review Committee.
