Beijing SPC Environment Protection Tech (002573.SZ) announced that its shareholder Zhongtai Asset Management - Zhongtai Asset Management 7726 FOF single asset management plan - Zhongtai Asset Management 5601 single asset management plan (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongtai Asset Management Plan") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by a centralized bidding method within 3 months after the disclosure date of this announcement (from October 10, 2025 to January 9, 2026), with a maximum of 14.1527 million shares, not exceeding 1% of the company's total share capital.
