MINMETALS LAND (00230) announced that Mr. Yao Yuxiang has resigned as the company secretary and authorized representative under Rule 3.06 of the Securities Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with effect from September 10, 2025. On the same day, Mr. Deng Yingjie was appointed as the new company secretary and substitute for Mr. He Jianbo and Mr. Chen Xingwu as authorized representatives under the listing rules.
