SOCAM DEV (00983) plans to sell Rayon Property Management Services Limited for HK$100 million.

SOCAM DEV (00983) announced that on September 8, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary Lohger Limited intends to sell all the issued share capital of Ryan Property Management Services Limited to Wuhan Yujing Investment Management Co., Ltd for HK$100 million (adjustable). It is expected that the Group will achieve a net profit of approximately HK$47 million from the sale. It is reported that the target group is mainly engaged in property management services in Hong Kong. Considering that the scale, customers, and capital requirements of the target group are significantly different from the Group's main business line, it is important to retain the scattered management attention and core business resources of the Group. Therefore, the sale is timely, allowing the Group to realize the inherent value of the target group, achieve investment returns, and redistribute the proceeds to businesses and projects that are expected to bring higher capital returns and have synergies with the Group's existing business and asset base.
