The subscription price is HK$12.00 per subscription share, representing a discount of approximately 19.84% to the closing price of HK$14.97 per share on September 5.
The total proceeds from the subscription will be approximately HK$2.082 billion, with net proceeds of approximately HK$2.06 billion. The group intends to use the proceeds from the subscription for its general operating funds.
