Fitness Champs primarily offers swimming courses for children and adults, as well as water sports such as water polo, competitive swimming, and lifeguard training. The company claims to have a market share of about 30% based on the number of bookings assessed by Singapore's mandatory "SwimSafer" program, which is focused on water safety for elementary school students. Its revenue sources include school swimming courses, private swimming lessons, and water sports programs.
