E-STATION GTECH (08475) announces that, as the company's potential business operations are located in China, the company is considering hiring an auditing firm that has established an office in China and is familiar with the business environment in China. After discussions between the company and Teda Accounting Firm regarding the proposed change of auditors, Teda Accounting Firm has agreed to resign as the company's auditor, effective from September 4, 2025.
The board of directors, after recommendations from the audit committee, has decided to appoint Beijing Xinghua Dingfeng Accounting Firm as the company's new auditor to fill the interim vacancy left by the resignation of Teda Accounting Firm, with a term ending at the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
