GOFINTECH QUANT (00290) announced that, effective from September 4, 2025: (i) Ms. Yan Xin has resigned from the position of Company Secretary and no longer serves as one of the authorized representatives of the company as required under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and as the legal process agent for the company to accept legal process documents in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) and Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules. (ii) Ms. Li Peihua has been appointed as the Company Secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent.
