GBA HOLDINGS (00261) announced that on September 3, 2025, the company plans to issue up to 46,569,000 shares for subscription, equivalent to approximately 16.67% of the total number of issued shares after the issuance of new shares. The subscription price for each share is HK$0.200, representing a 12.66% discount from the closing price of HK$0.229 per share on September 3.
Assuming all the subscription shares are fully allotted, the expected total proceeds from the subscription are HK$9.31 million, with an estimated net proceeds of approximately HK$8.61 million. The company intends to utilize the entire net proceeds from the subscription for the general working capital and/or development of new businesses of the group.
