Shenwan Hongyuan Group (06806) announced that according to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's "No Objection Letter on Shenwan Hongyuan Group Securities Co., Ltd.'s Non-public Offering of Short-term Corporate Bonds Meeting Listing Conditions of Shenzhen Stock Exchange" (Shenzhen Letter [2025] No. 461), its subsidiary Shenwan Hongyuan Group Securities Co., Ltd. has been approved to non-publicly issue short-term corporate bonds with a total face value not exceeding RMB 20 billion to professional investors.
On August 29, 2025, Shenwan Hongyuan Group Securities Co., Ltd. completed the issuance of the 2025 non-public offering of short-term corporate bonds (Fifth Tranche) to professional investors. The issuance size of this tranche is RMB 3.6 billion, divided into two types: Type 1 with an issuance size of RMB 1 billion, a term of 181 days, and a coupon rate of 1.71%; Type 2 with an issuance size of RMB 2.6 billion, a term of 243 days, and a coupon rate of 1.75%. After registration, the bonds are planned to be listed for transfer on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
