WUXI LIFE (08148) announced that as of September 1, 2025, Ms. Lin Wanwen (Ms. Lin) has resigned from the position of independent non-executive director, member of the company's audit committee, member of the company's nomination committee, and member of the company's remuneration committee, in order to devote more time to other business commitments; and Ms. Li Bizhi (Ms. Li) has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, member of the board's audit committee, member of the nomination committee, and member of the remuneration committee.
