QIDIAN GUOFENG (01280) subsidiary in Guizhou Renhuai signs advertising agreement with Junxiang

Qidian Land (01280) announces that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guizhou Renhuai and Junxiang, have entered into an advertising agreement.

Qidian Guofeng (01280) announced that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Guizhou Renhuai have entered into an advertising agreement with Junxiang. Guizhou Renhuai has agreed to appoint Junxiang to provide this service for a period of three years, with a total consideration of 450 million RMB. The consideration for the first year, amounting to 150 million RMB, will be settled through the issuance and distribution of 33.61 million shares of consideration shares by the company to Junxiang.
