BJ PROPERTIES (00925) announced that as disclosed in the approved announcement, the plan was approved by the court on August 22, 2025 (Friday) (Bermuda time) without amendments.
A copy of the court order approving the plan was delivered to the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda on August 27, 2025 (Wednesday) (Bermuda time) for registration. Therefore, condition (3) as stated in the explanatory memorandum "4. Conditions of the Proposal and Plan" forming part of the plan documents has been met.
All outstanding conditions have been met, and the plan became effective on August 27, 2025 (Wednesday) (Bermuda time).
The listing status of the shares on the Stock Exchange will be revoked at 4:00 p.m. on August 29, 2025 (Friday).
