CENT UNIT HLDG (01959) announced that, following discussions between the company and Ernst & Young on the proposed change of auditor, Ernst & Young has agreed to resign as the company's auditor, effective from August 27, 2025. Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors has appointed Po Chun Certified Public Accountants Limited as the company's new auditor to fill the temporary vacancy left by Ernst & Young's resignation, effective from August 27, 2025, with the term ending at the next annual general meeting of the shareholders.
