Lingbao Gold (03330): Zhao Li has been appointed as a member of the Nominating Committee.

LINGBAO GOLD (03330) announced that in response to the revised Code on Corporate Governance Practices set out in Appendix C1 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited with effect from July 1, 2025, there are the following changes in the composition of the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration and Assessment Committee, effective from August 26, 2025: (a) Mr. Chen Jianzheng, Executive Director and Chairman of the Company, has ceased to be a member of the Nomination Committee and has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee; and (b) Ms. Zhao Li, Executive Director, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee and no longer serves as a member of the Remuneration Committee.
