CIRRUS (02507): Ferheen MAHOMED has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee and will no longer serve as a member of the remuneration committee.

CIRRUS (02507) announced that starting from August 26, 2025, there have been changes in the composition of the Company's Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee as follows: Non-executive Director Mr. Liu Liang will no longer serve as a member of the Remuneration Committee; Independent Non-executive Director Mr. Liu Zhongwen will no longer serve as a member of the Nomination Committee; Independent Non-executive Director Ms. Ferheen Mahomed (also known as Ma Yingxin) has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee and will no longer serve as a member of the Remuneration Committee.
