Kaisa Group Holdings Ltd. (02168) announces its mid-term performance for 2025, with a profit of approximately 822 million yuan, a decrease of about 8% year-on-year.
KAISA PROSPER (02168) announced its mid-term performance for 2025, with a profit of approximately 822 million yuan, a decrease of about 8.5% year-on-year; a gross profit of about 204 million yuan, a decrease of about 20.2% year-on-year; the profit attributable to owners of the company was 47.821 million yuan, an increase of 7.84% year-on-year; and earnings per share were 0.31 yuan. Among them, the total revenue of property management services was approximately 695 million yuan, a decrease of about 1.8% year-on-year. This decrease was mainly due to the company strategically exiting poorly performing projects, resulting in a corresponding decrease in managed area. The total revenue of owner value-added services was approximately 80.3 million yuan, a decrease of about 5.3% year-on-year. This decrease was mainly due to a sluggish consumer market and intensified industry competition. Non-owner value-added service revenue decreased by about 55.6% to 47 million yuan. The announcement stated that the improvement in performance was mainly due to the provision for bad debts of trade receivables from related parties during the period and a reduction in administrative expenses compared to the same period in 2024. As of June 30, 2025, the group's property management services covered 77 cities in 20 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China, with a total managed construction area of 99.9 million square meters and a total of 707 managed properties, including 334 residential communities and 373 non-residential properties. The types of properties are diversified, and the company aims to accelerate the development of public urban services and transform into a comprehensive management service provider.
