NONGFU SPRING (09633) released its interim results for the six months ending June 30, 2025, with the group achieving a revenue of 25.622 billion yuan (same unit below), an increase of 15.56% compared to the same period last year; the profit attributable to the owners of the parent company was 7.622 billion yuan, an increase of 22.16% compared to the same period last year; earnings per share were 0.677 yuan. In the first half of 2025, the group recorded a revenue of 25.622 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15.6%, with revenue from packaged drinking water products increasing by 10.7% compared to the same period last year, accounting for 36.9% of total revenue; revenue from beverage products increased by 18.7% compared to the same period last year, accounting for 62.7% of total revenue. The group's packaged drinking water product business was impacted by public opinion last year, but sales gradually recovered in the first half of this year. During the reporting period, the group's revenue from packaged drinking water products amounted to 9.443 billion yuan, an increase of 10.7% compared to the same period last year, accounting for 36.9% of total revenue. During the reporting period, we have put into use three new water sources in Hunan Badashan, Sichuan Longmenshan, and Tibet Nianqingtanggulashan. So far, we have established fifteen major water sources nationwide. In the first half of the year, we continued to deepen the promotion of the "natural water source, transparent factory" sourcing activities nationwide. During the activities, we invited world swimming champions, well-known artists, industry opinion leaders, as well as employees and their families of the group, to visit more than ten high-quality water sources and modern production bases of NONGFU SPRING, allowing more people to experience the natural ecology and biodiversity of NONGFU SPRING water sources, effectively demonstrating the high-quality source protection of NONGFU SPRING. At the same time, through a multi-channel communication matrix established on mainstream social media platforms, we have disseminated multimedia content including images, short videos, outdoor building and airport screen advertisements, effectively conveying the core message of "natural water source, transparent factory". These activities have significantly strengthened consumer recognition and trust in the core concept of "natural and healthy" of the NONGFU SPRING brand.
