CHINA FOODS (00506) announced that Mr. Shen Xinwen has resigned as an executive director, member and chairman of the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee; and a member of the Executive Committee, with effect from August 26, 2025; and Mr. Song Liang has been appointed as a non-executive director of the company, with effect from August 26, 2025.
