During his speech at the AI International Talent Summit, the Chief Executive of Port Investment Company, Chen Jiaqi, mentioned that the company has invested in over 120 projects so far, with two enterprises already listed in Hong Kong.
Clara Chan, CEO of Hongtou Corporation, stated during her speech at the AI International Talent Summit that the company has invested in over 120 projects, with 2 companies listed in Hong Kong and over 10 others planning to submit IPO applications this year. She also mentioned that for every $1 invested by Hongtou Corporation, it has successfully attracted over $5 in long-term market capital co-investment.
She pointed out that Artificial Intelligence (AI) has the potential to disrupt various industries and holds significant market potential, making it one of the key investment areas for Hongtou Corporation. She emphasized that the true value of AI lies in bringing new insights to societal concerns or addressing long-standing issues, and therefore the company has invested in several AI enterprises such as large language models.
She noted that Hong Kong is well-positioned to lead in AI investment and development, leveraging its advantages such as "one country, two systems" to attract global AI talent and facilitate AI investment and development on an ideal platform.
