On August 20, 2025, CENTRAL NEW EGY Holdings Group Limited (01735) officially signed a strategic cooperation memorandum of understanding with OMAN EGN LTD. The two parties will invest together to develop and construct photovoltaic power station projects, establish photovoltaic component production capacity, and create a new model for the integration of green energy and digital economy development based on the principles of "equality and mutual benefit, industrial connection, and coordinated development" to achieve mutual development and win-win cooperation.
