In order to standardize corporate governance, the company held the twelfth meeting of the fourth board of directors on August 25, 2025, and approved the resolution on "Appointment of the non-independent directors of the fourth board of directors and appointment of the CFO", nominating Dai Lingfei as a candidate for non-independent director of the board of directors and appointing Dai Lingfei as the CFO of the company. Zhu Jingjing will continue to perform the duties of non-independent director and CFO until the appointment of Dai Lingfei as non-independent director and CFO takes effect, in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and the company's articles of association.
