SANERGY GROUP (02459): All 221 million shares of unsubscribed rights issue shares have been successfully placed.

Sanergy Group (02459) announced that on August 19, 2025 (Tuesday) at 4:00 pm (the deadline for un-subscribed shares in the placing agent placing), all 221 million un-subscribed shares have been successfully placed at a price of HK$0.08 per share (equivalent to the subscription price) to no fewer than six placing agents in accordance with the terms of the placing agreement. Therefore, based on the compensation arrangement, there is no net proceeds available for distribution to non-participating shareholders. Based on the results of the subscription acceptance and the compensation arrangement, the total number of shares to be issued and allotted is 570 million shares, equivalent to 100% of the total number of shares available for subscription under the rights issue.
