The latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on August 20, Ping An Insurance Group acquired an additional 3.898 million shares of China Pacific Insurance at a price of HK$36.8174 per share, with a total amount of approximately HK$144 million. After the acquisition, the new total number of shares held is approximately 169 million shares, representing a 6.08% stake.
