The company's software, driven by artificial intelligence (AI) technology and dedicated graphics processing units (GPUs), enables designers and businesses to create engaging designs and experience them through real-time and immersive visual effects.

According to data from Frost & Sullivan, by revenue in 2024, Manycore Tech is the largest spatial design software provider in China, accounting for approximately 23.2% of the market share. The value of the Chinese spatial design software industry was RMB 3.3 billion in 2024 and is expected to reach RMB 6.6 billion by 2029, with a compound annual growth rate of 14.9% from 2024 to 2029. The global spatial design software industry was valued at RMB 19.2 billion in 2024 and is expected to reach RMB 31.7 billion by 2029.
In terms of product matrix, Manycore Tech's flagship product Coohom is a cloud-native spatial design software primarily targeting the Chinese market. Users can quickly start new designs by dragging and dropping 3D models and seeing their work come to life through realistic rendering. Coohom has a growing database, with over 441 million 3D models and spatial design elements, of which approximately 61.6 million are publicly accessible as of June 30, 2025. Coohom, launched in 2018, is a spatial design software product developed by the company for international users and clients, mainly targeting markets in Korea, Southeast Asia, India, the United States, and Japan.
In addition to software products, Manycore Tech also offers professional services to corporate customers, including modeling services, technical configuration services, and customer training. SpatialVerse, launched in 2024, provides a new generation of spatial intelligence solutions aimed at driving indoor environmental AI development. With a strong foundation in 3D design datasets, rendering engines, and spatial editing tools, the company builds highly realistic and physically accurate synthetic virtual datasets, simulating real-world physical characteristics and spatial relationships.
