According to data from the Civil Aviation Administration, the average on-time rate of domestic passenger airlines in July 2025 was 83.43%, a year-on-year increase of 8.77 percentage points. Domestic major airports are divided into airports with a passenger throughput of 1% or more (inclusive) and airports with a passenger throughput of 0.2% to less than 1% (exclusive) based on passenger throughput in 2023. In July 2025, the average on-time departure rate of domestic major airports was 85.81%, an increase of 4.9 percentage points year-on-year.
