China Graphite (02237) announced that the group is expected to have a net loss of not more than RMB 12 million in the first half of 2025, while the net loss in the first half of 2024 was approximately RMB 16.2 million. The board of directors believes that the decrease in losses of around RMB 4.2 million is mainly due to effective production and cost control measures taken by management in the first half of 2025, resulting in an increase in gross profit margin and a reduction in administrative expenses compared to the first half of 2024.
