MOON INC (01723) announced that on August 15, 2025, subscriber Moon Investment Korea Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a limited partnership agreement with the fund manager. According to this agreement, the subscriber has agreed to subscribe for subscription rights worth $1.2 million in accordance with the terms and conditions of the limited partnership agreement (2.97% equity interest in Asia Strategy Partners LLC).
