NIO's national network of charging and swapping stations has basically taken shape, entering a new phase of intensified construction efforts.

On August 16, 2025, NIO's founder, chairman, and CEO, Li Bin, stated at the Power UP 2025 NIO Charging Day that NIO (09866) has deployed 8167 charging and swapping stations nationwide, making it the industry leader in the construction quantity of charging and swapping stations. The nationwide network of charging and swapping stations of NIO has been basically formed and has officially entered a new phase of intensified construction. On that day, the NIO swapping station located at Mount Everest in Dingri, Tibet, was officially launched and put into operation. This is the 15th swapping station that NIO has set up on the G318 Sichuan-Tibet Highway. With the operation of the NIO swapping station at Mount Everest in Dingri, the NIO G318 Sichuan-Tibet swapping route is officially accessible. The route is 2950km in total length, with an average of one NIO swapping station every 200km. With the support of over 3400 swapping stations nationwide, including more than 1000 swapping stations on highways, NIO and LeCar users can swap batteries all the way to Mount Everest.
